Return & Exchange Policy

At Grippy, we provide an exceptional experience to ensure safety for you and your loved ones from slipping.

Return Policy:

• •⁠ If you wish to return a product and the packaging has not been opened, you may do so within 7 days from the date of receipt. Once the product is received, a 25 SAR administrative fee will be deducted from the total invoice value.
• •⁠ If you ordered multiple units of the same product and after trying one you found it unsuitable, you may return the remaining unopened units within 7 days of receipt. A 25 SAR administrative fee will be deducted from the total invoice value.
• •⁠ If delivery was free due to reaching the free-shipping threshold or through a free-delivery promotion, and you request a return, you will be charged a 25 SAR delivery fee.

Exchange Policy:

• •⁠ If the packaging has not been opened and you wish to exchange the product, you can contact us via WhatsApp within 7 days of receiving the product.
• •⁠ If delivery was free due to reaching the free-shipping threshold or using a free-delivery offer, and you exchange part or all of your order, a 25 SAR delivery fee will apply.

General Policy:

• •⁠ In case of a clear manufacturing defect proven with photos, you will be compensated with a new product within 7 business days. The company covers shipping, and you keep the original item.
• •⁠ For operational issues, such as missing parts, we will send the missing items within 7 business days from receiving and verifying the claim. Grippy covers delivery costs for the missing parts.
• •⁠ If you received a different product from what you ordered, we will cover the cost of returning the incorrect item and send the correct one within 7 business days of verifying the claim, shipped to the same address as the original order.
